Group Housing Project
Particulars Applicable Fees
Area of proposed land for development is not more than 1,000 square meters Rs.5/square meter
Projects in which area of proposed land for development is more than 1,000 square meters Rs.10/square meter (maximum of Rs.5 lakh)
Mixed Development (commercial and residential) Project
Particulars Applicable Fees
Area of proposed land for development is not more than 1,000 square meters Rs.10/square meter
Projects in which area of proposed land for development is more than 1,000 square meters Rs.15/square meter (maximum of Rs.7 lakh)
